This project was inspired by a dense section of housing in st. augustine beach, florida. it inspired me to experiment with a new style of 3d modeling.
i was inspired by a 1930s craftsman style house when creating this model. i used a mix of trim and material usage to make it feel like a true house of the era.
i made this project to represent a new construction home in north florida. i designed it using certain architectural features to fit a modular suburban homesite.
